  • Exceptional strategic planning, pipeline management, and CRM discipline to deliver consistent, predictable results.

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client-engagement skills across complex project environments.

  • Ability to interpret architectural and construction documentation and collaborate effectively with technical and operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Quantum’s presence across Residential, Multi-Residential, Commercial, and Retrofit markets.

  • Establish performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent pipeline health and team productivity.

  • Conduct competitive analysis, market forecasts, and pricing evaluations to refine strategy and strengthen Quantum’s value proposition.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships that support long-term growth.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and skills development.

  • Establish performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent pipeline health and team productivity.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented sales culture.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
Major Account Management & Client Engagement
  • Support high-value opportunities by leading key presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building efforts.

  • Maintain visibility into major accounts to ensure quality oversight and client satisfaction across the project lifecycle.

  • Guide the team in delivering exceptional client experiences from initial engagement through post-sale support.
Marketing Collaboration & Industry Representation
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to support campaigns, digital initiatives, and lead-generation activities.

  • Represent Quantum Passivhaus at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities.

  •  Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Quantum’s mission, values, and high-performance building solutions.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
  • Oversee accurate CRM usage, ensuring reliable data, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.

  • Review proposals, estimates, and client documentation to support consistency and quality.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and develop action plans to enhance team effectiveness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align sales goals with production capacity and organizational priorities.
