KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Machine Operation & Assembly
- Safely operate assigned machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Assist with flip table operations and other technical equipment as needed
- Complete production tasks efficiently with minimal supervision as skills develop
- Maintain machines, tools, and equipment in safe working condition
Material Handling & Quality Control
- Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished components for production
- Safely store materials and support basic inventory management
- Inspect products to ensure they meet project specifications
- Report any quality or equipment issues promptly to the Production Supervisor
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow OHSA regulations and adhere to all safe operating procedures
- Participate in WHMIS and safety training; always wear required PPE
- Practice safe lifting techniques and ergonomic standards
- Communicate proactively with leadership regarding workflow and production needs
Learning & Development
- Take initiative to learn machinery, framing techniques, and construction processes
- Seek guidance from experienced team members to build skills and knowledge
