Experience
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to learn multiple machines and rotate through different positions
  • Preferred: WHMIS, Forklift, or First Aid certifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Machine Operation & Assembly
  • Safely operate assigned machinery and manufacturing equipment
  • Assist with flip table operations and other technical equipment as needed
  • Complete production tasks efficiently with minimal supervision as skills develop
  • Maintain machines, tools, and equipment in safe working condition
Material Handling & Quality Control
  • Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished components for production
  • Safely store materials and support basic inventory management
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet project specifications
  • Report any quality or equipment issues promptly to the Production Supervisor
Safety & Teamwork
  • Follow OHSA regulations and adhere to all safe operating procedures
  • Participate in WHMIS and safety training; always wear required PPE
  • Practice safe lifting techniques and ergonomic standards
  • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding workflow and production needs
Learning & Development
  • Take initiative to learn machinery, framing techniques, and construction processes
  • Seek guidance from experienced team members to build skills and knowledge
