QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & BENEFITS
Experience
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials in a fast-paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Assembly
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components for wall, floor, and roof systems
- Operate semi-automated jig tables, flip tables, and production machinery safely
- Apply sheathing, insulation, and weather-protective membranes
- Use pneumatic nailers and standard power tools with precision
Quality & Logistics
- Inspect products to ensure they meet project specifications
- Load, unload, and organize materials to maintain efficient workflow
- Occasionally assist with panel installation at job sites
Safety & Teamwork
- Follow OHSA regulations and maintain tools in safe working condition
- Communicate with the Production Supervisor and support teammates to meet deadlines
Learning & Development
- Take initiative to learn machinery, framing techniques, and construction processes
- Seek guidance from experienced team members to build skills and knowledge
